What the cohort covers
You'll configure a full chief-of-staff system from the ground up, applied to your own role and workflows — with help and inspiration from me and the rest of the cohort, so you end up with the right system for you.
What you'll learn
Build a morning briefing
Your first standing job in Claude Cowork: a briefing that surfaces what matters in your inbox and calendar before you open your laptop.
Put it on a schedule
Use Claude's scheduled tasks so your jobs run on their own — every morning, every evening, without you pressing go.
Connect your tools
Set up connectors so Claude can work with your email, calendar, and files — you decide exactly what it can touch.
Get it on your phone
Wire Claude to Telegram so briefings land where you already are, and you can send thoughts back from anywhere.
Use artifacts
Turn outputs into artifacts — dashboards, plans, and checklists you can keep, share, and reuse.
Write instructions that hold
The instruction layer: your priorities, your judgment rules, and when Claude should check with you before acting.
Give it memory
Close the loop: your evening close writes down where things stand, and your morning briefing picks it up the next day.
How the course works
The same rhythm every week, so the system actually gets built.
Video lessons and worksheets
Every week opens with short tutorial videos and a worksheet that walk you through that week's build, step by step, at your own pace.

One live call a week
Build along, then Q&A. Every call is recorded, and you can send questions in beforehand if you can't join live.

The cohort, always open
Everyone joins a group where you can reach me and the rest of the cohort at any time — during the five weeks and after.

Five weeks, one system
A setup week with its own live session, then five weeks to build your chief of staff. Every week pairs video lessons with a live session — one new part of the system built and running by the time it ends.

Week 0 — setup
Get your account, connectors and self-audit in place. A live setup session makes sure everyone is running before the first build.

Week 1
Build your morning briefing — starter instructions, enough system to judge what matters today.

Week 2
Add your evening close, the memory loop: it writes the state your morning briefing reads, closing the loop live in session.

Week 3
Build your weekly triage — the full instruction layer: priorities, judgment rules, when to escalate to you.

Week 4
Build a fourth job, your pick, connected to your own systems and workflows. Midday pulse is the default template.

Week 5
The compounding session — correction loops, escalation hygiene, and a 30-day plan to keep it running.
