What data do we collect?
Cleverest collects the following data:
- Name and email address
- Company name (when provided)
- Message content from inquiries
- Calendar/scheduling information when you book a call
- Technical data automatically collected when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, country)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Cleverest with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
- Submit a workshop request through our website
- Schedule a call using our booking system
- Send us an email inquiry
- Visit our website (technical data collected automatically via cookies)
How will we use your data?
Cleverest collects your data so that we can:
- Respond to your inquiries about our services
- Schedule and conduct calls with you
- Deliver workshops and consulting services
- Send you relevant follow-up information
- Improve our website functionality
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How do we store your data?
Cleverest securely stores your data using industry-standard security measures through our service providers (see Data processors section below).
Retention periods:
- Inquiry data (potential customers): 1 year after last contact, then deleted
- Client data: Duration of our engagement plus 5 years (required for accounting records under Danish law)
- Accounting records: Minimum 5 years after the end of the financial year (required by Danish Bookkeeping Act)
Newsletter
We plan to offer a newsletter that is voluntary to subscribe to, and you can always unsubscribe.
If you subscribe, we will only send you emails if you have given your active consent. We will process your email address based on GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent).
We will process your data as long as you remain subscribed. If we have not sent you a newsletter in 1 year, your consent expires due to our inactivity.
After unsubscribing, we retain your consent record for 2 years as required by the Danish Consumer Ombudsman's spam guidelines.

We use the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

We have ensured that these providers offer appropriate safeguards for your personal data.
International data transfers
Our data processors may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) to protect your personal data.
