Is your team ready?
You have the tools, you have the drive, maybe you even have a few people making progress on their own. For many knowledge workers, using AI means copy-pasting, tab switching, getting locked into someone else’s prompt. And the hardest part of leveling up from there is figuring out where to start and what’s worth the effort. I help teams answer those questions, then build alongside them.

02
Context
You've built custom chatbots that know your work. Tailored, but you're still driving every interaction.
03
Automation
AI handles defined tasks in the background. You review and approve.
04
Colleague
AI operates as a team member managing tasks, making calls within boundaries you've set.
If you're at level 1 or 2, you're in good company: that's where most teams are. The gap to level 4 looks huge. It isn't, but it does require a method.
How I take you where you want to go
01
Map
Before we touch any AI tool, we map your team’s workflows. Starting with the repetitive workflows that everyone wishes they could delegate, we lay out the tasks required and answer key questions. Where does data come from? Where does output go? What's high-volume but low-complexity? What's the work that eats your week but doesn't use your best thinking?
02
Test
We start small. Maybe it's one task (a real one, with real data) where we test how we best can get AI on the playing field to do the work to the standard you need. Maybe it's a short series of tasks with clear human-in-the-loop checkpoints, so nothing goes live or lives its own life without your review.
03
Integrate
Once you know what works, we connect and expand. We plug into your tools and data sources. We make it accessible to everyone across the org who needs it and flesh out your team’s quality standards. This is when it stops being a side experiment and becomes part of how your team actually operates.
04
Compound
Much like a trusted colleague, the system should learn, adjust, and improve the longer you work with it. If you have to course correct it, you should only have to do it once. We will build in a continuous improvement loop so feedback that gets routed back to the system means the outcomes get better the more you use it.

A hands-on single session or series where your team builds a real workflow using the method. You leave with something that works, not a slide deck. Excellent for teams ready to move from level 1 to level 2, or from 2 to 3.

The full method, deployed across your team. We map every task, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, build custom tools connected to your data and conventions, and train internal champions to keep it running and improving. This is how you get to level 4.

Louise is a true driver of reformation and positive change. She is capable of identifying real productive objectives that create tangible value and operationalize what it takes to meet and complete those objectives.Louise has a very profound knowledge about how to not only implement AI in workflows but also target it at where it makes sense. AI by itself will not magically solve problems or make us more productive - I believe AI needs, more than anything, focused guidance by real human innovators, such as Louise, who can tie ends together and see a larger diachronic perspective in order to truly harness its potential.Louise is exciting to work with and has a rare inspirational charisma about her, which lifts teams and encourages individuals to try out ideas and aim for the next frontier.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Louise for the past five years. Louise was the MiR Academy Team Lead – and without question one of the best mentors and sources of inspiration I have encountered in my career.Innovation could easily be Louise’s middle name. She is constantly exploring new ways to improve methods, tools, and workflows, always with a clear focus on how we can create better and more effective learning experiences. Long before AI became a “hot topic,” Louise was already leading the Academy and Technical Communication teams into experimenting with AI tools and methods, giving us a significant head start and a strong innovation mindset. At the same time, Louise has a rare ability to combine innovation with a strong pedagogical foundation. Her approach to building MiR Academy, shaping learning journeys, and designing both in-person training and online learning is thoughtful, structured, and deeply user-centric.On top of her professional strengths, Louise is simply a joy to work with – positive, supportive, and genuinely invested in the growth of the people around her. I give Louise my warmest and strongest recommendation.

Working with Louise is a pleasure. She consistently drives modern, simple, and effective solutions, quickly identifying what truly matters in a project and researching forward‑looking, scalable approaches. Louise works methodically, grounding decisions in data and feedback, and iterates thoughtfully to improve solutions while recognizing what works well. She is a great listener who offers solid and well‑considered advice. If she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she always follows up with clarity and care. On top of that, she’s a respectful colleague and friend with a great sense of humour.

Hi, I’m Louise, founder of Cleverest.
For several years now I've been working on a book called From Romans to Robots. It chronicles my learnings from teaching university-level Greek and Latin to leading robotics training programs. The TLDR: Whether it’s ancient languages or the future in motion, I'm really good at helping people master systems that scare them.
I've been working with AI since before ChatGPT existed. Back in 2019, I was building chatbots with Google's Dialogflow to support online learners. They were primitive looking through today’s lens, but they worked.
I've led AI workshops that turned skeptical teams into confident builders, developed custom automation workflows that collapsed months of manual work into hours, and trained everyone from startup founders to enterprise teams on how to stop talking about AI and start shipping with it.
My own business also runs on AI. Every system, every workflow, every recommendation I make has been battle-tested in my own operations. Because if it's not good enough for me, it's not good enough for you.
